Purchase Policy

1. Age limits

You must be at least twenty years old to purchase a ticket and attend the event. 

2. Payment 

Payment must be done at least two weeks before the event by a credit card or transferring to our saving account. In general, paying by cash is unavailable. 

3. Entering the event room

Please print out your purchased tickets. For entering the room, each person has to bring his/her own ticket. 

4. Exchange of attendees

In case a registered person cannot attend, but somebody else can come instead, please provide us with the name of new attendees.

5. Cancellation and refunds 

For tickets:

Until one week before the event, you can cancel the ticket and receive a refund which amount is reduced by bank charge. Please contact us and let us know your bank account information. (gruenkohltokio@gmail.com).

After one week before the event, no refunds will be given if you cancel.

For Fischerhemden and red scarfs:

In case the item is not used, exchange and refunds are available. 

6. Table reservation

If you are a group of 6 people or more, we can reserve a table for you. Please let us know three days before the event.

7. Taking pictures and uploading them on our website

We take pictures for uploading on the gallery of our website. By attending the event, you give us your permission for this.
